Sealion Shipping Ltd, on behalf of Toisa, has placed an order for two SALT 305 ROV support vessels at Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co, China.

Toisa has a strong OSV fleet, and these vessels are following their commitment to expand the fleet for ROV support vessels. Salt Ship Design has been working closely with Sealion/Toisa for quite some time to customize the design to their requirements. Delivery of the vessels will take place in 2017.

Sealion Shipping Ltd is a privately-owned, international ship-management company with headquarters in Farnham, Surrey. Sealion is the fleet manager and operator for Toisa Ltd. The primary focus is the Oil and Gas Industry and other marine-related industries requiring DP vessel-based work platforms. These include, amongst others, wind farm equipment installation and maintenance, cable lay and repair, accommodation support and heavy lift capability.
